Queensferry Crossing Automated Barriers

BEAR Scotland is set to install an innovative, automated barrier system on both sides of the Queensferry Crossing that will allow traffic to be diverted onto the Forth Road Bridge more quickly, should the Queensferry Crossing need to be closed for any reason. Read more here.

Major Works on M8 Junction 3 Slip Road

A major refurbishment of the bridge that carries the eastbound slip road off the M8 at Junction 3 near Livingston over the A899 is planned to start early in 2023 for six months. Read more here.
