We are a member of ‘The 5% Club’ and have pledged that at least 5% of our workforce will be made up of young people on structured training over the next five years. Training such as apprenticeships and graduate schemes. Currently over 10% of our workforce is made up of apprentices and graduates, making us a market leader in employing and developing young talent.

We offer all of our apprentices and graduates a permanent full-time role at the end of their structured training. Investing in them while ensuring our own long-term future and competitive edge.
