SURFACING IMPROVEMENTS FOR A82 NORTH OF NEVIS RANGE POSTPONED BY ONE DAY

  • Project to take place on Friday 9 and Monday 12 December
  • 10mph convoy system in place from 7am-7pm

Due to an updated weather forecast, surfacing improvements which were due to begin on 8 December on the A82 north of Nevis Range will be postponed by one day. The works will now take place on Friday 9 and Monday 12 December between 7am and 7pm. All works are anticipated to be complete by 7pm on Monday 12 December, subject to weather conditions.

To ensure the safety of roadworkers as well as motorists, a 10mph convoy system will be in place during working hours. The convoy system will be removed outwith working hours, however a 30mph speed limit will remain in place as traffic will be travelling over a temporary surface. Access through the works site for emergency services will be maintained at all times.
