Euan Scott joined BEAR Scotland in January 2025 after a four-year secondment from Jacobs, when he was Design Manager for the North West Unit and later Climate Change and Net Zero Manager for the whole company. He also led project management for the £1.35bn Queensferry Crossing for over 17 years, holding key roles including Technical Manager during construction and Chief Resident Engineer following its 2017 opening. Euan’s top priority is that BEAR delivers each of the services required by the North West NMC to effectively manage, maintain and safely operate around 880 miles of trunk road across a significant proportion of Scotland, encompassing the Highlands, Argyll and Bute and sections of the central belt.
