BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Transport Scotland are set to carry out overnight surfacing improvements on the A82 at Nevis Roundabout, Fort William, from Monday 30 June.
Works will be carried out between the hours of 7pm and 6am each working night under a 10mph convoy with three-way temporary traffic lights, with all works expected to be completed by the morning of Thursday 3 July.
Euan Scott, BEAR Scotland’s North West Representative, said “These essential resurfacing works will fix defects in the existing road surface, making it more durable and resilient against inclement weather. The road markings will also be upgraded to improve visiability which will make the road safer. We thank motorists for their patience ahead of these road improvements.”
