BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is set to carry out essential improvement works on the A9 dual carriageway south of Killiecrankie from Monday 22 June.
The patching works, aimed at enhancing road safety and conditions for motorists, will be carried out between the hours of 7pm and 6am, with completion expected by the morning of Wednesday 1 July, subject to weather conditions.
To protect the workforce, this section of the A9 will be subject to appropriate traffic management measures:
Traffic management measures will be removed outwith working hours, however, speed restrictions will remain in place during the day as traffic will be running on a temporary surface with no road markings.
Access through the works site for emergency services will be maintained at all times.
