BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Claymore Roads, are set to deliver a programme of resurfacing at five locations on the A92 between Dundee and Arbroath from Sunday 12 July.
Works will be carried out between 7pm and 6am each working night, and are expected to be completed by the morning of Thursday 23 July. No works will take place on Friday or Saturday evenings. Outwith working hours, traffic management will be removed and the road will be fully reopened.
To ensure the safety of the workforce and members of the travelling public, a lane closure will be in place at all locations during working hours. In addition, slip road closures are required at two locations as detailed below:
Access for emergency services and scheduled bus services will be maintained for the full duration of the works.
Eddie Ross, BEAR Scotland’s Representative, said “These essential resurfacing works will upgrade the existing road surface, greatly improving the quality and safety for road users.
“Our teams will carry out these works quickly, with safety as our top priority. We thank the local community and road users for their patience while we complete the improvements.”
