BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Transport Scotland, is set to carry out essential drainage investigation works on the A828 in the village of Benderloch.
Drainage investigations will be carried out over two days from Wednesday 13 August, between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm. Works will be completed by Thursday 14 August.
To protect motorists, pedestrians, and roadworkers, two-way traffic lights and footway closures with diversions will be in place. These traffic management measures will be removed outwith working hours.
Access through the worksite for emergency services will be maintained at all times.
Euan Scott, BEAR Scotland’s North West Representative said: “These drainage investigation works will provide valuable information regarding the current condition of the drainage system and identify areas requiring repair.
“Our teams will complete the works as quickly and safely as possible, and we thank the local community and road users for their patience in advance.
“We encourage road users to plan ahead before setting out by checking the Traffic Scotland website for up-to-date travel information.”
