BEAR Scotland, on behalf of Transport Scotland, will be carrying out essential drainage improvements on the A82 at Rose Cottage, Inverarnan, just south of Falls of Falloch, for five days.
The works will be carried out between the hours of 8am and 4:30pm over five consecutive days, starting on Monday 7 September and finishing on Friday 11 September.
To protect road users and roadworkers, temporary traffic lights will be in place during working hours. All traffic management will be removed outwith working hours.
Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained at all times.
Euan Burnett, BEAR Scotland’s North West Planned Maintenance Manager said: “These essential drainage works will help reduce instances of flooding and provide a safer route for motorists using the A82 trunk road.
“Our teams will complete the works as safely and efficiently as possible, and we thank the local community and road users for their patience while we complete these works.
“We encourage motorists to plan ahead before setting out by checking the Traffic Scotland website for up-to-date travel information.”
