BEAR Scotland is a leading provider of highways maintenance services across Scotland. The South East Trunk Road Unit spans 506km through some of the busiest sections of the country, from central Scotland to through the Scottish Borders. It includes routes such as the Edinburgh City Bypass, as well as a large section of the M8 connecting Edinburgh to Glasgow. It also includes over 750 bridges and structures including the iconic Queensferry Crossing and Forth Road Bridge, as well as other major bridges such as the Kincardine Bridge and Clackmannanshire Bridge. We take pride in offering a dedicated, flexible approach which supports our clients, underpinned by the recruitment, development, and retention of a locally based workforce.
We have opportunities for Graduate Engineers in our project management and design teams across our South East Unit. The roles are based in our Queensferry, Bonnyrigg and Burghmuir offices. Candidates should hold a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Previous work experience is not required but would be beneficial. BEAR offers competitive salaries and a graduate training scheme accredited by the Institution of Civil Engineers.
